FUNK ZONE MIXED-USE
Our team worked with Mesa Lane Partners to transform this historic property, located in the coveted waterfront Funk Zone district, into a vibrant adaptive re-use development. The project includes 125 mixed-income multifamily housing units as well as 25,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space with plans for a restaurant, café, retail space and workshop/studios to support the local arts community. This project is contributing a viable solution to Santa Barbara’s affordable housing crisis and is designed to contribute to promote a car-free, walk-able environment.
