Located across the creek from the iconic San Ysidro Ranch, our team completed concept design for a uniquely terraced 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence on an undeveloped site. The three-story residence was designed to step up the hillside. Traditionally arranged forms feature modern detailing throughout the structures. The masses that connect to the earth are made of stone, whereas the stories above are wrapped in wood siding to align with the design language established at the hotel across the creek. A formal auto court and covered logia open to an outdoor pool. Traditionally arranged forms with modern detailing.
