This unique mixed-use project is comprised of 8,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and five stories, equating to roughly 52,000 square feet, of luxury student housing apartments. The only LEED certified student housing development in Santa Barbara, The LOOP is located three blocks from the Pacific Ocean in the student community that serves the University of California, Santa Barbara and Santa Barbara City College.

The LOOP was designed to meet the needs of its student residents, with amenities including a rooftop fitness center and fire pit lounge, paddleboards, secured bike and surfboard storage, robotic parking garage, and a private study lounge.
