Silvers Omakase

Silvers Omakase in Santa Barbara transcends a mere restaurant. Nestled within an unassuming former bar in the eclectic Funk Zone—an arts, culture, business, and industrial district composed of historic marine structures, industrial lots, and houses—its facade conceals the understated elegance within. Stepping through the doorway, guests are enveloped by an atmosphere that fuses Chef Lennon’s San Fernando Valley roots with the sleek sophistication recalling his Southern California skate and surf culture roots. This creative fusion is evident in the meticulous composition of textures and materials.

As Chef Lee presents his creations, the backdrop—a mural depicting iconic local landscapes – frames each dish, infusing it with a sense of place. The omakase menu itself, like the ever-changing ocean, is a living document. It evolves with the seasons and Chef Lee's creativity, perpetually honoring tradition while embracing the rebellious spirit that defines Southern California. Ultimately, Silvers Omakase stands as a monument to the harmonious dance between land and sea, tradition, and innovation. Designed by ANACAPA Architecture, this interplay creates an architectural and culinary symphony that resonates with the vibrancy of Southern California's diverse landscapes and lifestyles.
